Activity
This website provides information and manages communications, applications and future registrations relating to FFIRE — FemDom & Fetish International Rapture Event, under the artistic and organisational direction of Mistress Nereida.
Intellectual property
Texts, photographs, visual identity, designs and other content belong to their respective owners or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced, transformed or commercially exploited without permission, except where permitted by law.
Liability
Programmes, venues and announced conditions may evolve. FFIRE endeavours to keep information updated but does not guarantee uninterrupted website availability and is not responsible for linked third-party content.
02 · DATA
Privacy policy
Associació The WP is the controller of personal data submitted through FFIRE.
Data we process
Identity and contact details; applications and messages; professional profiles and social links; tickets and submitted files; photographs; communication preferences and, only where necessary for filming or safety, information concerning health, limits or sex life.
Purposes
Answering enquiries; managing ticket and programme updates; assessing applications, partnerships, accreditations and participation; organising activities; checking tickets; contacting interested people and, where separate permission is given, publishing profiles and images.
Legal bases
Your consent; requested pre-contractual steps; compliance with legal obligations and, where applicable, the legitimate interest in managing and protecting the event. Health or sex-life information is processed only with explicit consent for the stated purpose.
Retention and deletion
Enquiries are deleted no later than twelve months after submission. Ticket-update requests are deleted after FFIRE 2027 or earlier if consent is withdrawn. Rejected or archived applications and their files are deleted within six months of a decision. All remaining applications, including selected participants, and their operational files are deleted no later than twelve months after the event. The same cleanup applies to automated Google Drive copies; documents that must be retained by law are separated from the application system and kept only for the required period.
Recipients and suppliers
We do not sell personal data. It may be accessed by authorised FFIRE staff and strictly necessary technology, professional or production suppliers bound by confidentiality and data-protection duties. Data, profiles or images are made public only with permission.
International transfers
Some technology providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, safeguards required by law will apply, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability or withdraw consent by emailing info@ffirebarcelona.com with the subject “Data protection”. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Adults and security
FFIRE is intended solely for people aged 18 or over. We use reasonable measures to restrict access to submissions and keep files private, although no Internet-connected system can guarantee zero risk.
Images and files
Submitted material
Only submit files you own or are authorised to provide. Do not include third-party personal data without permission.
Publication
Submitting an image does not automatically authorise publication. When FFIRE wishes to use photographs, profiles or promotional material, specific permission indicating channels and purpose will be requested.
Withdrawal
You may withdraw permission for future uses by emailing info@ffirebarcelona.com. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing or recover printed material already distributed.

Terms of use
Website use
You must use this website lawfully and respectfully. Attempts to access private areas, interfere with operation, submit harmful content or impersonate others are prohibited.
Age
The content and event are intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or over.
Applications
Submitting a form does not reserve a place, guarantee selection or create a contract. FFIRE may request further information or reject applications incompatible with safety, consent or the event purpose.
Tickets
Ticket purchases are made through Ticket Tailor or another official channel indicated by FFIRE. Specific purchase, transfer, cancellation and admission terms are shown before payment is completed.
Event rules
Participation is subject to the consent, safety, dress, audiovisual privacy and admission rules communicated for each activity. Serious breaches may result in refusal of entry or removal.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be submitted to the authorities having jurisdiction under consumer law where applicable.
